Do you know how much to drink?
The amount of water you should drink is relative to your body weight, that's why:
For every 18 lbs of bodyweight, it is recommended you drink a 250 ml glass of pure water.

You just have to divide your body weight by 18 and you'll know how many glasses of water you should drink on a daily basis.


  • If you exercise, add 2 glasses for every hour of exercise.
  • If your are pregnant, add 1/2 a liter of water.
  • If you are nursing, add 2 liters  of water.
  • And if you want to loose weight add 1 glass of water before meals and one after them.
